Salma Hayek is wearing a milk mustache once again for a new got milk? ad and is also featured in The National Hispanic Milk Mustache online video series - an on-going intimate series starring past milk champions that consists of 35 brief videos where the celebrities share tips, personal memories and even sometimes moving or humorous anecdotes. Hayek first joined the campaign earlier this year to launch The Breakfast Project, making history as the first Milk Mustache celebrity to do TV commercials in both English and Spanish. Her online video shows the lengths she would go to have milk for her daughter's breakfast.

The series will include a variety of topics such as raising bilingual children, childhood memories, tips for raising a healthy family, their definition of success and what being an alumn of the National Hispanic Milk Mustache campaign has meant to them. Videos will be posted continuously throughout the course of the year and will include videos from new and upcoming Milk Mustache celebrities. The series features a total of 35 videos that will be available on the Proyecto Desayuno website.

There is finally a truce between Salma Hayek’s beau and his supermodel baby momma, Linda Evangelista, over their lovechild, the New York Post is reporting.

The abundantly rich French businessman, Francois-Henri Pinault, agreed to pay Evangelista a monthly child support allowance of five figures. A source told the Post the agreement was reached over the phone Monday morning.  

Originally, Evangelista requested for Pinault to shell out $46,000 each month to cover all the expenses of taking care of their son, Augustin. She and her team argued that it was unfair that Valentina, the daughter Pinault has with Hayek, lives lavishly while Augustin has never gets a dime.

Evangelista’s attorney said in court that Pinault brusquely told her to abort the child when she told him she was pregnant. Pinault’s team strongly denied the abortion claims and accused the model of purposely getting pregnant for money.

“She told me that if I didn’t want to be involved in raising the kid or stay together and be parents together, she would understand,” Pinault said in court last week. “I told her that . . . I will take my responsibility.”

Pinault also said he “didn’t offer” to give any financial support to Evangelista during the first few years of Augustin’s childhood because “she didn’t ask.” Sources knowledgeable of the case told the Post that Pinault is trying his hardest to accommodate Evangelista.

“He has gone a long way toward meeting those original demands [of $46,000],” the source said.
Pinault, 49, met Hayek after he and Evangelista had called it quits back in January of 2006. Allegedley Pinault, who is the CEO of the company that owns Yves St. Laurent and Gucci, bailed on Evangelista knowing she was pregnant.

The settlement comes just as Evangelista was set to take the stand and divulge details on Pinault's desire for Evangelista to abort, a claim that would have been disastrous for Pinault, PR-wise.  

Pinault’s attorney said everybody is content with the agreement. “I say this with Mr. Beslow beside me — everybody’s glad,” said Pinault’s lawyer David Aronson. “For the sake of the child.”Both Pinault and Evangelista are expected to go back to court and sign off on the agreement. If they don't sign off, the trial will continue.

A judge has approved a child support settlement between supermodel Linda Evangelista and billionaire French businessman Francois-Henri Pinault, AKA Salma Hayek‘s husband.

Details of the deal were not made public but Linda previously said she was spending $46,000 a month on armed bodyguards, a 24-hour-a-day nanny and other expenses for their 5-year-old son…so you know the child support has got to be big! Francois and Linda dated for about four months while he and Salma were on a break – and what an expensive break it turned out to be!

Salma Hayek’s husband, Francois-Henri Pinault, has reached a court settlement with his former girlfriend. Linda Evangelista took Pinault to court in New York for more child support for their five-year-old son, Augustin, last week. "I can confirm that they seem to have come to an agreement," a spokesperson for Pinault said.

Agreement terms were not revealed, but Pinault, 49, is likely to pay money. Evangelista, 46, reportedly spent $46,000 per month on Augustin. However, she has denied that that was the figure she was asking Pinault for. She was demanding the same amount he gives four-year-old Valentina, his daughter with Hayek. Pinault and Hayek married after he left Evangelista.

"Everybody's glad for the sake and the benefit of the child that it's done,” Pinault’s lawyer, David Aronson, said. During the two days of testimony, Pinault said he ended his relationship with Evangelista after learning she was pregnant in 2006. He also denied asking her to terminate her pregnancy.

Evangelista's attorney, William Beslow, grilled Pinault over his finances, as well as the amount he spent on his other children. Beslow argued that Augustin was entitled to the same financial support as Valentina.

Salma Hayek endured a "difficult pregnancy" during which she nearly lost her baby and was then told her little girl would be born with Down syndrome, according to her husband.  Hayek's partner, French businessman Francois-Henri Pinault, made the revelation in a New York court on Friday during testimony in his ongoing child support battle with supermodel Linda Evangelista.
 
Evangelista conceived her son, five-year-old Augustin James, while Pinault was briefly separated from Hayek and has filed legal papers demanding $46,000-a-month in support payments.  Pinault took the stand to testify as part of the case, and on Friday he revealed Evangelista agreed to postpone the legal action until after the birth of the couple's daughter, Valentina, as Hayek was under so much stress.
 
He told the court, "She was having a very difficult pregnancy. In fact, we were told the baby had Down syndrome until late May 2007. I asked Linda to delay the legal recognition process until after the birth of Valentina. It was a very difficult pregnancy... The situation was very, very complicated. She almost lost the baby."
 
Valentina was born healthy in September, 2007.  Evangelista also testified on Friday and she revealed her career has slowed down in recent years and she no longer earns as much as she used to, telling the court, "There's not a lot of demand for me... I'm active. I would like to work."

The drama behind Salma Hayek's first pregnancy was uncovered in the court battle over child support between her husband Francois-Henri Pinault and supermodel Linda Evangelista. On the second day of the trial, Pinault was grilled about why he postponed formally recognizing Evangelista's son Augustin as his own in 2007.

Sharing his side of the story in Manhattan Family Court, the 49-year-old French billionaire said on Friday, May 4, "What prevented me from...legally recognizing...was that my wife was pregnant, and it was a very difficult pregnancy." He further revealed he and Hayek "almost lost" their unborn child, before pointing out, "In fact, we were told the baby had Down syndrome until late May 2007."

Pinault then admitted that it was the "very complicated situation" that led him to ask Evangelista "to delay the legal recognition process [of Augustin] until after the birth of [his daughter with Hayek] Valentina." On how the supermodel took his request, the chief executive officer of PPR said, "She understood, of course." He also said that he was thankful to her for that.

Evangelista also took the stand on Friday. Dressed in a white pencil skirt, the Canadian model opened up about her humble beginnings. She recalled that she had her first taste of work at the age of 12 when she began picking cherries to buy herself a bike. She also detailed about her other jobs during high school, which included being a "teller in the Hollywood wax museum" in Niagara.

A day before Evangelista testified, her lawyer William Beslow told the court that Pinault suggested that the supermodel should get an abortion after learning about her pregnancy. Pinault himself said that he "was not involved in the decision of having the baby," before adding, "I told her that I would recognize the baby ... and I will take my responsibility."

Have a major word with your billionaire husband. Whether he's happy about it or not, he did father an adorable boy, who's now five, with supermodel Linda Evangelista, now 46.

The little boy, called Augustin (known as Augie), is at the center of a vicious court battle between his cheapie dad, whose family is worth $11.5 billion, and his mother, who has paid virtually all his expenses till now.

Supermodel Linda Evangelista, who dominated magazine covers in the 1980s and '90s, has hauled her former boyfriend into court to finally pay child support, since her own income has dropped since she lost a L'Oreal contract.

While Evangelista may be asking for as much as $46,000 a month, Francois-Henri Pinault, who earns at least $4 million a year, can afford it without blinking an eyelash. As CEO, he oversees upscale designer brands Gucci, Yves Saint Laurent, and Bottega Veneta, which his company owns.

His refusal to pull out his pocketbook for his little son, appears to be rooted in fury at Evangelista because she got pregnant without his permission. "I was not involved in the decision of having babies," he told the court. "It was not planned.  I decided to stop the relationship at that point."

In other words, he dumped supermodel Linda after she got pregnant, without his permission -- but of course, she didn't exactly get pregnant without his involvement. Yes, Francois-Henri -- Linda didn't make this baby on her own. YOU could have worn protection, if you didn't want the baby! You didn't!

Salma Hayek's husband François-Henri Pinault wanted Linda Evangelista to abort their child, the supermodel's lawyer has claimed in a Manhattan court. Evangelista is currently seeking the sum of $46,000 (£28,400) a month in child support. It would apparently be the largest amount ever granted in a New York court.

Evangelista and Pinault have a 5-year-old son, Augie, together from a four-month affair. She claims Augie's expenses include between $15,000 (£9,275) and $16,000 (£9,890) a month for ex-NYPD detectives to act as chauffeurs, and a 24-hour nanny costing almost $7,000 (£4,300) a month, the New York Post reports.

The model's lawyer William Beslow said yesterday (May 3) in court: "After some initial happiness, he told her he wished she would terminate the pregnancy." Pinault said in court: "I asked her what was her intention with the pregnancy. I was not involved in the decision of having babies. "We were dating four months and I didn't even know her very much."The hearing of the child support dispute is expected to last four days.

The billionaire’s car boasted racing stripes and scissor doors.  Hayek and her beau looked a little somber and it is no surprise as Pinault is about to begin a messy legal battle with his former flame, supermodel Linda Evangelista.

The former couple will meet in court this week as Evangelista launches a bid to get $46,000 a month in child support - an amount that would shatter records if granted. The model claims Pinault, who is heir to a $11.5 billion family estate, should give their son more than $1,500 a day - $807,000 a year - for childcare and armed guards for his protection. The couple’s son Augustin James is five-years-old, while Pinault also has a four-year-old daughter with Hayek, Valentina.
